This evening, a girl with glasses who spent 20 minutes on the phone in the bank didn't care about the two customers we were there; I had to call the manager to get the cashier to come. Without any professionalism, the girl was indifferent.

The opening hours are a problem for me. A normal worker works around the same times, so when are you supposed to go to the bank if it's even closed on Saturdays?
