Rude "service" from Mr. Matiz and Schätti AG. Olympia sells espresso machines at exorbitant prices, with the stainless steel parts rusting after years due to inadequate workmanship (!) – despite proper use, proper care, and proper maintenance. Despite the excessive price, they have no desire to replace individual parts. They claim it's too expensive ("not cheap"). Stay away. Buy from the competition instead.
