Good machine
Absolute recommendation – machine and service at the highest level The Olympia Cremina is, in my opinion, an exceptional lever espresso machine and worth every single star. The craftsmanship is first-class, timelessly elegant – together with the matching grinder, it's a true gem that not only functions in the kitchen but also inspires. Compared to many other portafilter machines, which are often very large, bulky, and space-consuming, the Cremina offers a clear advantage: compact, high-quality, and yet uncompromising in its espresso quality. I would like to expressly highlight the company's sensational service: email inquiries are answered immediately, and phone calls are even followed up with a personal callback. All questions are answered patiently and competently, and the entire staff is exceptionally friendly and dedicated – something you rarely experience these days. Yes, the machine requires some experience and familiarization, but that's precisely what makes it so appealing. Those who take the time to learn will be rewarded with superb espresso and a truly special user experience. I would choose this machine again in a heartbeat. Unreserved recommendation for anyone who values quality, durability, design and excellent service.
Mina – the Cremina's little sister This little offline machine works perfectly. The espresso – made from a 40:60 Robusta:Arabica blend – is fantastic and tastes truly amazing. In some cases, it's even better than with the Cremina when I use the Weber Workshop Unifilter portafilter. My conclusion: Olympia Express has once again created a timeless coffee tool of the highest craftsmanship. Typical Swiss quality ;-)
We had a disappointing experience purchasing a Cremina SL. Our machine arrived with a warped brewing unit. Mr. Matiz (Head of Olympia Express) admitted the fault, but refused to do anything about it and simply left us with the new, defective machine. The service was completely unacceptable, and it seems the renowned Swiss quality is no longer available – only the Swiss prices remain. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company's products or service.
