I was just about to pay my electricity bill at the end of the month as agreed. However, the power was cut off before I could make the payment. I called, and they're now claiming I have to pay an additional 200 Swiss francs in disconnection fees. What a cheek! They could have simply pressed the button and turned it back on (electronic lockout)! Absolutely no willingness to compromise. I'm also an electrician with 14 years of experience, and I know that this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable among my colleagues. This is pure deception and a rip-off, something I honestly never expected in the canton of Glarus. Even worse than in Zurich!
