In front of the company there is a parking lot for 4-5 cars, without amenities. Unloading under the ramp is fast, 30 minutes. Beautiful nature all around

The organization doesn't have a parking lot for waiting trucks. Instead, they've drawn two rectangles on the roadway: one for trucks waiting to be unloaded and one for trucks waiting to be loaded. The organization's employees themselves filled the second rectangle for trucks with cars. I pulled up to the loading ramp. The forklift driver, originally from Kosovo, looked and saw that my trailer was standard height, not extended. He said that if the boxes were stacked three high, like they were in their warehouse, he would load them for me quickly. But now he'll have to work harder. So then I'll have to load them myself. And he'll stack them two high instead of three. I replied that I'll have to secure each layer of cargo as I load it. Otherwise, later, when the trailer is full, I won't be able to do it. And if I have time, I'll be helping him load, not him. Then he told me to leave empty. He closed the ramp gate and went to the office to complain. There, a forklift driver from Kosovo told the office workers to make me load the truck. They started yelling at me to comply and load it myself. Even the girl with green hair, who hadn't been aggressive when I was checking in, started yelling at me. I replied that the forklift driver should do my job securing the truck, since I was loading it. Or they should pay me for loading the truck out of his salary. The entire argument with the office took place through Google Translate, since I didn't speak German and they didn't speak Russian. The office demanded that I not secure the truck immediately, but do it in the parking lot. I replied that the nearby parking lot (a rectangular area on the roadway) was occupied by their cars and wasn't designed for climbing over the truck or along the trailer. And there were no ladders there. I'm responsible for the load, which could fall while being moved if it's not secured. It could also fall on someone, causing an accident. So, I agreed to load it and had half loaded it when a girl with an electric forklift came to help me. I started securing the load with straps. Despite this, the office workers still complained about me, writing a letter to my company. They lied, claiming I'd yelled and sworn. But I didn't yell or swear; I merely argued with them in a raised voice, just like they did with me. It's amazing how, without knowing Russian, they assumed I was swearing? Or did they learn Russian during the argument? Luckily, the argument took place via Google Translate, and I provided my management with screenshots of the conversation from my saved history. What they didn't mention was that, along with the forklift driver from Kosovo, and under his direction, they demanded that I violate safety regulations. I had to drive with unsecured cargo and secure it somewhere. They sent me to the parking lot, which they themselves had occupied for the entire workday. I have questions for the company's management. Is it such a problem for the loaders to load cargo two at a time? Are they so tired that they can't do it? Maybe they should give the tired worker from Kosovo a vacation? Or stack the cargo two at a time in advance. Or should the company order trucks with a higher-than-normal trailer, having discussed this with the carrier in advance, since the office doesn't know how to manage the forklift drivers. Due to a dispute over loading, the trailer was left open for an hour longer. It rained and soaked some cardboard boxes that had been loaded earlier in another loading bay. As a result, those packaging boxes arrived deformed by the time they were unloaded, as you can see in the photo.

Loading is on the ramp and the offices where all the items are sorted are in the warehouse, so up the stairs and right in front of you are the offices. The positive thing is that if you arrive at the scheduled time, the goods are ready and waiting for you, so loading takes relatively short. The only problem in my opinion is that it can get crowded and there is no parking for trucks where you can wait for loading. You have to park on the street in front, so it all gets a little confusing.....

Unloading here 46.998925,9.076281 on the ramp. Maybe I was lucky, but they unloaded me quickly; there was no line.

I was supposed to unload and load at this place. The arrival time was at 9 for unloading, at 10 for loading. I arrived at 9.45, they asked why I was late, I said I was delayed at the border. They asked me to tell my forwarder next time to change the time. Overall, everything was fine, the staff was friendly. We unloaded and loaded on the same ramp. It took about an hour in total.
