It's unbelievable how frequently their sliding doors have problems. And at each reparation they make money out of it and offer no guarantee. Great deal for them, scam for the costumer.

I went there today to buy a holder for my remote control. I wasn't sure if they had one, but they were very helpful and I was able to go home with a clamp that works perfectly. Many thanks to the whole team for the super fast service.
We have some Gilgen sliding doors. A disaster! Of course, they all have a maintenance contract. However, they always wait a long time on the phone. They report in the morning that the sliding door isn't working. They call again after 3:30 p.m. because no one answers. They just say, otherwise, someone will come on call in the evening. ...
I hope the driver has more expertise than he did when he idiotically parked his company car across driveway 2022 in Zunzgen. The main thing was to avoid walking even a single extra meter. The employee probably would have preferred to take his car home with him. But he didn't give a thought to emergency vehicles getting through. This employee is certainly good advertising for his employer. (Caution: one sentence might contain a hint of irony.)
