A very bad experience with Mobiliar Schwyz. I felt pressured by the claims department to accept an unfair settlement. It would be beyond the scope to explain everything here; I can only say that I would never take out insurance with them and would always have my details double-checked in the event of a claim. Addendum: The fact that you now write that they have no knowledge of the case or don't know me speaks for itself. Are problems only discussed internally if you have a policy with them? Top-notch claims handling! Other insurers handle this in India or the Balkans! Offshoring in this sensitive area is poor quality and too expensive.
