After almost 17 years, I worked temporarily again. Since I had a clear life goal and things weren't going as I'd hoped at my old company, I resigned and only wanted to work temporarily. Of course, goals don't always align with reality. I knew Personal Sigma from my previous employer, so I contacted them. After about a month, at the beginning of August, I received an offer and accepted. The collaboration with Personal Sigma went well. Why "went well"? Because I have a permanent position starting January 1st, 2026 (the worsening situation in Ukraine derailed my plans). What I would like from the staffing consultants is for them to actually observe the work their people are doing. This would also be helpful when staff are requested. I certainly didn't see any during those four months. This isn't a criticism, as I understand that time needs to be allocated for this. All in all, I'm satisfied with Personal Sigma and would contact them again if necessary. Thanks, you know who I mean for everything.
