I am very disappointed with this travel agency. I thought I could expect "Swiss service," especially since we were looking at a top-of-the-line trip. I recommend you don't pay the 100 CHF and use other travel agencies. They showed no goodwill and consider their poor service absolutely satisfactory. I wanted to book a trip to South Africa. My request was last-minute, but if they don't have enough contacts in the desired region, they shouldn't accept the request. The quote took almost a week (other travel agencies needed two days), and some sections were in English and not German. The explanation was that there were no translation errors, but that's hardly the point—to receive a quote in your native language. When I asked to receive the quote in English, as my boyfriend only speaks English, they said it wasn't possible. So you have to settle for a hybrid version.

We were not at all satisfied. The employee who served us was not customer-friendly in the slightest. Furthermore, she made a mistake after we had signed the contract, and we had to pay a significant additional amount even though the contract was already finalized. We were unable to cancel the contract and were forced to pay the extra money despite having signed it, which I find completely unfair, as it was her mistake. We have had experience with other travel agencies and have always been very satisfied, and this has never happened to us before. We will definitely not book with them again and will not recommend them to anyone. We were very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the fee-based consulting service didn't meet my expectations. For example, the flights on the quote were too expensive (+100%) and certain information was incorrect. I ultimately had to organize everything myself anyway.
