My wife had to be taken to an emergency taxi from Föhnhafen Brunnen to Oelistrasse in Brunnen due to colic. At 2:30 pm, no taxi company would take us (apparently the distance was too short!). AL Taxizentrale drove my wife to her destination and picked her up again after her treatment. Many thanks.
Excellent service! I forgot my earbud case at the train station in Arth-Goldau and was already in Brunnen. I asked the taxi company if a driver was in Arth-Goldau to check if the case was still on the bench on the platform where I had left it. A few minutes later, I saw that the case was moving on the tracking system and let the taxi know. I wasn't charged a single cent for the taxi company's trouble, which I think is very generous, considering there were several phone calls and perhaps a few meters driven. That's customer service at its best, and I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars for its hassle-free service!
Short story A while ago, we, a somewhat larger group, were on Huusmattstrasse in Lauerz and we needed to go to Goldau. We called and he said he was coming. After a while, we got a call saying he was there, but he wasn't. He was on Huusmatt, but not on Huusmattstrasse. Okay, so far, that's fine, I thought there was a misunderstanding. I told him, "Not Huusmatt, but Huusmattstrasse." He just accused me of saying there wasn't such a street in Lauerz, and he knew that because he'd been driving a taxi for many years. Apparently, he didn't have the option to search for the street on his phone, even though he had a navigation system and a phone with internet. After half an hour, he finally found Huusmattstrasse. Worst experience with a taxi company in a long time.
We had to wait over 1.5 hours and called 4 times! They always said a taxi would be there soon... But NO taxi came... After 1.5 hours, we contacted Swiss Taxi, which arrived within 15 minutes. At the same time, our main taxi arrived – but it was allowed to leave without us. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely unacceptable!! This was the first and last time!
Excellent service. When the bus was cancelled due to a road closure, I called this taxi. We were picked up and taken to our destination via a small detour. The taxi driver was very friendly and knew the area extremely well. Thank you!
I ordered a taxi and he told me, "I'm not driving, can you call someone else?!" And he answered me so angrily! Be careful, everyone!
