The connection takes a very long time to respond. They keep you on hold for up to 20 minutes and then require you to call back again. Poor service.
Orders are not being executed reliably. Instead, the bank preferentially recommends its own securities, which, however, fail to deliver convincing results in practice. The impression arises that the bank's interests are prioritized over those of its clients. From the client's perspective, however, transparent, needs-based advice should be paramount. The staff is king, not the client.
