Breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and surrounding mountains and villages while on the way up to Seelisburg after hiking down the mountain to Rutli then taking the boat to Treib for the funicular up the mountain to Seelisburg, making it a spectacular journey all around

Exceptional! A huge thank you to the kind funicular employee who advised us to walk down to the Rütli Meadow and then return by boat and funicular. It was incredible and very moving. We loved this symbolic day.
