I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option! I ordered a sideboard from this company. After one week, I received a cabinet (completely the wrong item). I spent the next three weeks trying to arrange an exchange, but without success. No one ever rang my doorbell or called, but they always claimed I wasn't home for the delivery. Of course, that wasn't true. After several messages with one of the most unfriendly customer service departments I've ever encountered, there were another five or six attempts over the following weeks to arrange the exchange, and each time I was told I wasn't home. After a month, I'd had enough and demanded a full refund. Don't shop here! I wasted an entire month trying to rectify their mistake!
The furniture arrived quickly, but it was scratched all over and the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place. Incorrect parts were included. I'll send an email and change the review if they help.
Don't buy from them! The assembly was done correctly, otherwise I would have a visible wooden dowel hole in the front area, where the middle vertical one for the left door wouldn't fit: Idemex doesn't see the errors, nor the torn shelf.
DO NOT BUY THERE! I bought a shoe cabinet from home24. Delivery was fairly quick. However, almost all the parts had some kind of defect, scratches, and even cracks. Not to mention the filth on all the pieces. After I sent the seller photos, we exchanged a lot of emails, but ultimately we couldn't reach an agreement. The discount they offered was an outrage, considering how serious the damage was and how poor the overall quality of the cabinet was. Despite canceling the purchase, they are refusing to pick up the cabinet from me. The matter is now with my lawyer.
I was pleasantly surprised! The delivery went smoothly, and all the parts I needed were included (something you can't expect from other companies these days). Setting up the furniture was very quick. Even as someone who isn't particularly handy, the parts were easy to handle. I would order from you again and again! Thank you for this incredible service :)
Don't buy from Idimex! Poor quality at exorbitant prices! We bought the Rafael children's wardrobe from Galaxus. The furniture from Idimex is of inferior quality. The wooden panels are poorly made, too thin, and break during assembly. The surfaces are unevenly sprayed, there are numerous dents (some quite large, which anyone in production would notice), many scratches, and frayed edges. Furthermore, the surfaces are only sprayed and not coated with a resin. The screws are far too large for the wooden panels, and because some of the pre-drilled holes are not centered, there are bulges during assembly. The cross braces cannot be mounted flush because the dimensions are incorrect. The holes for the dowels are too deep, so they almost disappear into the wooden panels during assembly. The assembly instructions are quite complicated, and it's odd that the shelf fittings are supposed to be installed right at the beginning. It would also be helpful if the individual elements, which are quite similar, were labeled with a number. Even that is apparently too much trouble for the supplier.
