Best service!)
I brought my gaming PC here a few months ago to find out why it wouldn't turn on. I was promised a response the next day. In the end, I was strung along for over three weeks. After countless phone calls and two visits to the shop, they suddenly had time on my last visit: "Right before I arrived, I had time to look at my PC." Before I took my PC with me, they offered to let me leave it for recycling (the PC contains working components worth several hundred Swiss francs). In the end, it only cost me 20 francs, but I can only echo the other negative reviews and advise everyone against having their computer repaired here!
I took my laptop here for a battery replacement. They quoted me a price of CHF 149.90, and I agreed. After two weeks, I got the device back – supposedly with a new battery. However, when I got home, I immediately noticed that the battery was still just as bad. I then had to go back to the store several times, and each time I was told the battery hadn't arrived. Overall, I lost a lot of time. After another three weeks, I picked up the laptop again – I was again assured that the battery had been replaced. But when I got home, I discovered that the same old battery (built in 2018!) was still installed. In the end, I got my money back, but only after I provided proof myself that the battery had never been replaced. Very unprofessional and unacceptable: months of waiting, false promises, multiple unnecessary store visits, and ultimately, deception. I recommend everyone avoid this store.
I've never experienced such unprofessional service. Not to mention that I got my computer back in several pieces after almost two months. Stay away.
Very friendly and competent advice. The team is very customer-oriented and develops professional solutions for every customer request. Always worth a visit.
Extensive, long-standing experience with ink cartridges and toner. Takes his time. Provides competent and objective explanations of the technical workings of products. Tells the customer fairly whether, in a specific case, a printer repair is still worthwhile or (more likely) not. Friendly and helpful.
