Emergency request as a government agency. I was referred to a pharmacy. My follow-up question regarding product advice went unanswered. The woman only inquired about the desired quantity. When I stated it, she simply laughed and asked if I was buying enough for 10 years. Addendum to your response: No, I was unable to obtain your products, as the woman on the phone refused to acknowledge any partner companies. The pharmacies I contacted refused to supply government agencies, only private customers. Hospitals were all willing to supply, but there are other organizations providing services to the public, even during the pandemic, and they have a right to appropriate hygiene measures.
