Unfortunately, I was very, very disappointed, especially since it all started so well. I called and made a reservation at the beginning of the week. The driver arrived on time as agreed, friendly and courteous – just as it should be. I reminded the driver that we would be picked up promptly after the event, as agreed. After five phone calls and a 40-minute wait on Sunday evening, they arranged a new transport. Simply very, very disappointed – this is unacceptable! We were simply left high and dry!

Since the drivers and the owner changed, the service quality has plummeted. Customers are treated disrespectfully and belittled. The new drivers treat customers like dirt and convey a sense of contempt. I can no longer recommend this company!
