On the recommendation of a colleague, I contacted the local Blatter AG for emergency shoring of a damaged glass canopy. After a brief phone call to customer service, Mr. Nesirai quickly arrived with the necessary materials and professionally and easily secured the roof. After completing the repair work and dismantling the shoring, I was very pleasantly surprised that Blatter AG generously waived even the cost of billing for this "small job."
