The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The young man has absolutely no motivation. As others have already mentioned, his phone is more important to him than the customers. Not recommended at all and an absolute disgrace.
The other reviews say it all. The worst kiosk ever. Unmotivated people. Sometimes you wait at least 20 minutes until the young man finally comes back from the toilet. Constantly on his cell phone, usually with a friend sitting there chatting too. Today, July 25, 2025, it was still closed at 7:56 a.m., even though the opening hours say 7:30 a.m. If I worked like that, I could leave the same day. I know a former employee very well, and what you hear makes your hair stand on end. The only consolation is the elderly lady who unfortunately only works there part-time. Reporting it to the kiosk itself doesn't help at all. The employee's mother is the boss. My conclusion: Better to go to the Avec at Seuzi Bahnhof, or the kiosk in Migros Rosenberg.
This young man is in the wrong place! He's always on his cell phone, signaling that he doesn't want to be disturbed! No hello, no thank you, no goodbye!!! If I see him behind the window, I won't go to the kiosk!!! Sad story!!! Kind regards
This is the most unfriendly kiosk I've ever been to. If the owner's son is there, go to a different kiosk. He's incredibly rude. While serving customers, he's busy on the phone or chatting with his colleague (who's sitting inside the kiosk). It's just unacceptable. And when you pay by card, he turns around and goes to the back as soon as you place the card on the reader. I wonder when things will finally improve. I've already contacted K-Kiosk, but it was largely unsuccessful. I'd rather give them zero stars. They don't deserve them.
I was sent away at 7:47 pm; they said they could only pay by card now... no more cash because the nice lady was already ringing up the payment. Luckily, there's no Coop anymore.
