We reached out to Steda regarding a house cleaning, because we didnt had the time to do it ourselves. They always do a personal viewing before sending a quote which we liked. Mr Nikolic „Junior“ came and we learned that it was a family business! The cleaning was quick, professional and we had no problem thanks to the „Übergabegarantie“. Would definitely recommend again!
I Love STEDA.
The initial estimate, based on a site visit, was for a full day with three people. However, the three people only worked half a day, cleaning the windows inside and out, including frames and blinds. The work was done well, but the price wasn't adjusted. This is an absolute rip-off. It's ridiculous to expect this kind of treatment from senior citizens... I'd even venture to say that those three people might have been cleaning elsewhere that afternoon. It's a real shame, but I can't recommend them.
