Super friendly and competent service, genuine farmer's ham from an original Emmental smokehouse, aged and matured for months, the best flavor! A must-try. Top catering service! Top team! First-class quality, all partners and suppliers with regionally raised animals from the Emmental. Supporting regional networks and value creation. Gold medal for Emmentaler Ruschtig, Glungge möckli, award-winning Emmental cheese from Mutte Chäsi! Try the smoked Glungge Möckli and house salami, house specialties... mmm, incredibly delicious.
This butcher shop is fantastic for us. A huge selection as far as the eye can see. We shop there every week in the lovely village of Signau. This is my personal opinion. E. Oberlin, Oberthal.
