Kühni Malerei + Gipserei — Moos 173, 3534 Signau, Switzerland

The painting and plastering work for our house was contracted out by our general contractor to Kühni Malerei + Gipserei (Kühni Painting + Plastering). The initial contact by phone began with them blaming us, the homeowners. This was followed by an on-site meeting where they immediately threatened the landscaping work, even though it hadn't even started. The work itself was generally done well. However, as is often the case, a few minor defects appeared that needed to be addressed. Some of these were quickly rectified. However, for more than three months now, other defects have remained unresolved. After initial discussions by phone, a suggested date for the repairs was supposed to be provided. To this day, I have not received a proposed date, and my calls are being ignored and not answered. I cannot recommend Kühni Malerei + Gipserei.
