Firstly, we love this shop for their local yoghurts, gelato, and cheese. We have been to this shop quite a lot since we moved to Sigriswil in December because we love the produce here, but every time we've been here, we have been treated differently than the locals. The lady who has served us each time has been very dismissive and looks down on us, but as soon as a local comes into the shop, she all smiles and has a happy attitude towards the locals. I don't really understand why we're treated differently, as we're always really nice to her. Maybe she thinks we're tourists and doesn't like tourists. Which makes no sense because most of their income will come from tourists in Sigriswil. It's a shame, but because of the service, we have decided to shop elsewhere for the same local produce in Interlaken (30 minutes by car) instead of driving 5 minutes from our home to this shop.

Lovely shop with great quality products, especially fondue (fixed mixture ready to heat up) and fantastic selection of youghurts. They also offer vacuum packing of cheese. The staff is amazingly helpful and nice. Free car park nearby.

The fondue or raclette backpack is a great idea. Everything is well thought out...the bag is filled with all the equipment and food needed for a nice break in the forest. The owner is also friendly and offers good advice.
