A huge thank you to Katia Eichenberger!!! This lady was so kind to answer my phone call this morning. I quickly explained the problem my colleague, who's coming from Gland and is on her way to Cortébert, was having. She urgently needed to print a document because she had a client meeting. She was running late because of a problem with our office printer and had stopped at several print shops along the way, all of which refused to print the ten-page document (because they only print large volumes). So I asked her if, by any chance, this particular print shop might be able to do it (without much hope), and she replied very warmly, "Yes, tell her to come by, we'll help her out." I really want to emphasize this and thank her again for her understanding of the situation, her responsiveness, her initiative, and above all, for HER PROFESSIONALISM!
The loaders are good, but they don't understand me, and I don't understand them.
So, I arrived almost out of time, on a day when they were understaffed, and not only did they say yes, but they were also really nice, and it really didn't cost me as much as I thought.
An excellent printing house, whose staff (right up to the manager!) were remarkable for their competence and friendliness.
