Friendly staff and professional. Unloading was quick and without delay. The employee kindly offered coffee or tea of your choice.
We repeatedly purchase materials from Allega. Unfortunately, we are always treated with a very grumpy and unmotivated attitude. No "Hello" at pickup, let alone any other communication. The gate is closed in our faces, and when we drive out, we find ourselves faced with a locked door as well. Does Allega want to sell us something?

After several attempts, the company has proven to be completely unreliable. It has nothing to do with politeness.
I have had contact with Allega GmbH several times, specifically with Mr. Daniel Mühlebach, and have always had excellent experiences -> I would gladly do business with them again anytime!
A very good company with kind and friendly staff. I arrived a day early for unloading, and they unloaded it without any problems. You can stop outside near the company for a break. After unloading, you can take a shower, and they offered you coffee. Simply superb.
