He hasn't contacted us for over a month to install a promised standard double-glazed door pane. He had taken the measurements from an emergency job. He sent our phone number, additional information, and a question about when the work would be finished via his website. No response to this day. We then picked up our apartment keys. We are still waiting for delivery or an invoice for the emergency.
