We are absolutely thrilled with the consultation and installation of our pleated blinds. The consultation was friendly, professional, and tailored to our specific needs. During the planning phase for my solid wood tabletop, he impressed me with his expert knowledge and comprehensive, personalized advice, offering me ample opportunity for input. As a layperson in woodworking, he explained the various ways the wood could be processed and treated. He described the final product's appearance in a way that was easy for me to understand. Our conversations, whether in person or on the phone, were always respectful and felt collegial, honest, and trusting. I was thrilled with the result of his craftsmanship!
