Update (2025-08-19) 3/5: I appreciate your replying to the review and providing the confirmation I had been seeking for the last six months. Original review 1/5 (2025-08-14): I ordered olive oil once, and the product itself was fine. However, six months after that purchase, I unexpectedly received an email requesting payment for a completely fictitious order that their system appears to have created in error. I promptly reached out via multiple emails and even a phone call to explain that it was a duplicate order and to request confirmation that the matter was resolved. To this day, more than six months later, I have received no response.
