Not far from the large parking lot on Stans' village square is the knitting studio 'Garnitur' at Marktgasse 5. If it weren't for the sign in front of the shop, there would be little indication of this jewel for knitting, crocheting, and handcrafting. As soon as we entered, we were greeted warmly and immediately sensed the passion for handcrafting that fills the room. Our questions were answered with great patience and impressive expertise. Whether it was about choosing the right yarn or helpful tips for a knitting project – you're in the best hands here. For me personally, the visit was a little trip down memory lane, back to a time when handcrafting was part of everyday life in our homes. As a souvenir, I took home a magical, handmade pillow with countless pompoms, which will remind me of this special place every day. A truly inspiring shop with a very special charm. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful experience!
