My experience was: - Very fast to answer, very professional in understanding the requirements and explaining the procedure. - Very fast to set up meeting for measurements - As fast as can be expected to provide a new glass panel - Very professional installation. Specialisation in cat flaps really helps here. - Even wrapped up previous glass for storage. - And all this for the best price offer I received.
