I called twice on two separate days and no one answered. I received no response to my email. The Thun branch then helped out, but they also issued the certificate of incapacity incorrectly. Inadequate, non-customer-oriented service.

Positive: When you do reach someone, they're very friendly. Contrary: It's very difficult to reach anyone. I had received fully comprehensive insurance quotes and had questions about them. My advisor told me he was going on vacation, but the agency could help. All well and good, I wholeheartedly wish him his vacation, but the agency is unavailable; the final sale had to be finalized today. I then tried my luck at the GA; they could have helped me if the quotes had been approved by the advisor. I then wanted to approve the quote on the portal with a corresponding comment - but that doesn't work. I had to state via the contact form that I would approve the quote, but only with reservations. Sorry, that's unacceptable.
