A very bad experience with this agency. They were completely unresponsive and showed no professionalism whatsoever when it came to terminating the lease. Viewings were chaotic, poorly organized, and often lacked any real coordination. The agency doesn't honor its verbal commitments, which makes the process extremely complicated. Furthermore, the high staff turnover means you never know who is actually handling your case, leading to errors and a complete lack of follow-up.

Dear Company, Thank you for the note under my windshield wipers. We are clearing out my mother-in-law's apartment, where she lived for 21 years. The only visitor parking space was occupied, so we are not blocking the entire driveway and carrying furniture to the bench in the rain. We would have expected a little more understanding, especially since we came from the Canton of Jura. P.S. The note says "No Stopping" and not "No Parking"... this should be changed... Best regards

They know their craft and do it well. So far, I'm satisfied. Sometimes email response times are longer, about the same as B-Post (Swiss Post), but perhaps that's common in the industry.
