Today, on Christmas Day 2020, we enjoyed the Swiss mountain cheese fondue for the first time! (bought in Germany 😉) The preparation was incredibly easy for us occasional fondue eaters! I'm only familiar with the cheesemaker's blend from 2000, which was made in the shop. So, all in all, we enjoyed it. What we honestly missed was a bit of a kick (a bit of spice in the cheese selection)... not pepper! The cheeses should be chosen so that you think, "Wow, we absolutely have to buy this again!" More mature! 🤠
