It is a nice electronic store but the bug it has with mcafee is just weird!
Today, I received sensational service from a young salesperson (with curly black hair and dark skin). I ordered a Logitech mouse online and couldn't install it. Your employee quickly and easily installed and tested the mouse correctly before returning it to me. He handled the situation with great aplomb and a beaming smile. He will help ensure that I speak highly of Interdiscount and that I will shop more often in-store instead of online!
Very poor service. You're sent from one employee to the next, and no one knows what the other is doing. Very long wait times. Not recommended.
I bought a stand mixer yesterday. Normally, you have to be lucky to get served unless you approach them. Except yesterday. The salesperson was immediately available, was very friendly, and gave us professional advice. Thank you!
