Simply wow. Such a wonderful and beautiful private spa! It was really good for me and I was able to enjoy the time with my best friend! I'll definitely come back.
A superb place to relax as a couple. The price is good, you can easily book online, and you have 3 hours of privacy. You won't want for anything. You don't even need to bring anything with you.
The spa is lovely, but we won't be booking again in the future. We had to cancel at short notice due to illness. Unfortunately, the owner was neither accommodating nor understanding, even though we had been there before. When a "problem" arises, you really get a sense of a company's service. The cancellation policy clearly states 48 hours' notice, but illness isn't an exception. Holz100 has lost us as customers, and we can't recommend them because people can get sick. We were left with all the costs. What a shame!
I booked the Holz100 Spa to give my wife some "child-free" relaxation time for her birthday as part of her surprise day out. And it was simply sensational, and she (we) were absolutely thrilled. This "wellness" apartment lets you forget the stresses of everyday life and recharge your batteries. We thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality wellness products, and the organic Prosecco was also fantastic, offering excellent value for money. We'd love to come back, even though it takes an hour to get there from Zurich, but it's definitely worth it. Top-notch!
The spa is lovely, but the customer service is unfortunately lacking. We won't be booking again! We had booked but couldn't keep our appointment due to illness. The contract states that cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, but unfortunately, we didn't know I was going to be sick 48 hours beforehand. There was absolutely no willingness to accommodate us, no goodwill whatsoever. Even when we called, they reiterated the 48-hour rule. Therefore, we will not be booking this spa again in the future. It's a shame that they don't value their customers. The owner's response: "That's correct, I'm sorry I didn't get sick sooner." As if illness is something you can plan for?! Of course, we declined. What am I supposed to do the next day if I'm sick? They could have at least offered us an appointment when I was healthy again! Kind regards
