You couldn't ask for more customer-friendly service! Our vacuum cleaner hose developed a crack in the handle. I received exceptionally competent and friendly advice over the phone. I was even more delighted when I was informed that I would receive the replacement part free of charge – even though the warranty had long since expired. The motor's carbon brushes were also worn out after many years and needed replacing. I scheduled a service appointment and was pleasantly surprised that a technician was able to come by just a few days later. With practiced ease, he disassembled the appliance, installed the new parts, performed tests, and cleaned the unit. He also answered my questions expertly and recommended replacing the old filter.
