As you are the adress of the bill u have sent me u get the 1 start. Even though I was not visiting your department. I have just heard the proposals of your employee just in case if I am interested and they sent me a bill of 295.00fr even though I told them VERY CLEARLY I am not interested. I am listening as they told me it's for free and IF I am interested then we see if they will charge me. And they would not, if I would propose few people to listen them and I will get for free the whole 3rd people plan. And as I never was interested I listened them and left and now I get a bill to pay for sth I NEVER got.... this is called scamming...! My answer to your answer: I have sent also a complain to Swiss Life site. I just sent you an email too. Hopefully you fix this, at least, rude move.
