I had an appointment on Saturday, February 5th, for on-site support, and no one showed up. I then called to ask why Daniel hadn't come for my appointment. The person on the phone said that Daniel was sick and that they would try to reach him so he could speak to me directly to schedule a new appointment. After four days and four calls, nothing had happened. I booked a new appointment online, and this time I received an email an hour before the appointment saying that they don't offer on-site support and asking if I could bring my computer to them. No one mentioned this when I called last week. Now I have it there, and they're waiting for a CPU for a week and a half because they only have one and they're providing support for a company and are waiting to get it back. When I called again, someone hung up on me when I had a question. I can't believe it.
