They're actually fair landlords – but why isn't the rent adjustment, which coincides with the reduction of the reference interest rate from 1.50% to 1.25%, correctly scheduled for the next termination date, instead of April 1st, 2026? :-)

They present themselves as tenant-friendly, but in reality, too much is passed on to the tenants through the utility bills, which are very high. Even repairs in the apartments are initially sold to the tenant as "minor maintenance" until it turns out that they are actually the landlord's responsibility.
