The chairman of the board personally appeared to view the house to provide a quote for the renovation as part of our preliminary project (before the transfer of ownership). Unfortunately, his focus was on outbidding us, a young family (buyers), and repeatedly contacted the current owner by phone over several weeks with purchase offers (ultimately almost twice the price we were promised). The disloyal, unprofessional, and nasty behavior of this construction mogul, in my opinion, is shocking. I therefore strongly advise against working with this company.
