If I could, I'd give zero stars... The initial contact before the cleaning was very pleasant and prompt. Messages were answered in correct German. The ordeal began when it came to the final apartment cleaning and inspection. The cleaning team caused water damage in the bathroom, which was immediately noticed because water was dripping into the landlord's garage. When we arrived at the apartment, the bathroom was 5 cm underwater – a whole kettle of water had spilled. The cleaning team didn't seem too concerned and told us not to overreact, that it would dry, and that it was just a little water. Unfortunately, communication in both German and English was impossible. The cleaning team then wanted to reschedule the apartment handover appointment at short notice. The cleaning itself was okay, but nothing special, and the landlord's questions about whether this or that had been cleaned went unanswered. Dealing with the water damage involved countless phone calls and emails. Only after considerable pressure and threats was the claim number provided, and then nothing happened for weeks because the claim form wasn't filled out. Never again. It would have been significantly less hassle to clean and hand over the apartment myself.
Very reliable and competent. There were absolutely no issues, and the apartment handover went smoothly. The price is very fair, and we are completely satisfied. We highly recommend them :) Communication in English.
