Very impressive, everything is done through the Tesla app. Extremely complete and stable application. From order to delivery, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Mr G. Höfer is always available in case of questions. He is very helpful and smiling. We see that he likes what he does. Very good experience for me and great car!
I have just picked up my new car from this location and it was a horrendous experience. I would have loved to give direct feedback to Tesla about how poorly their Swiss location is doing, but Hellas, there seems to be no direct way of giving feedback at all. I chose to buy a car from stock, so with the online ordering, the process could have been very fast and simple. Instead, everything was very glitchy and difficult. Still relatively fast, but a lot more on the stressful and annoying side. First of all, to close my order, they kept asking for further bits and pieces, which weren't even part of the online forms. This then caused a delay in them sending out the inspection document. Because of this, I went with temporary plates to pick the car up. With those, they wouldn't hand over the car, so I then had to make an extra trip. And they were extremely rude about it. No apologies, they told me off for having gone there with the wrong papers. They handed over the car, with the rear spoiler broken off. They wouldn't even tell me. Only when I discovered it missing and found the part in the trunk, then "oh yes, we forgot to tell you, this broke off in transport, you can make an appointment and get it fixed for free". Even if it gets fixed for free, that's still more of my time wasted on simply getting a complete car. Based on the car documents, they had this car there at the import facility for at least a few weeks. How could they not get it fixed? They clearly don't care. Then I have also received an email from them, that "they unfortunately have to hand over the car with under 50% battery, so they offer a credit of 150km worth of supercharger use". 50% battery in this car is 300kms. So giving this as compensation is rather insulting. Especially, when one considers that this must be virtually zero cost for Tesla to give away. For somebody who just bought a 100k car, if you're gonna give compensation, why not be at least a bit more generous? Or, as this email was sent out almost 24h before my appointment, why not just plug in the damned car instead? No matter how I look at it, this is just stupid. I'm fine communicating in English, as I do now. But it was a further annoyance, that at this location, which serves the whole of Western Switzerland, so largely the French speaking parts, the one person they had, who spoke French, was on holiday, so nobody could discuss anything in French with me. As for the actual handing over of the car, also zero effort, like at a car rental place. "Here's the key, your car is parked on place number N." Well, with the online ordering, I suppose, there's little to no incentive to make the delivery experience a pleasant one. Mine sure was horribly unpleasant.
Best car ever !!! Thank you Gene for the wonderful delivery 👍👍👍 …
They were very very helpful and nice throughout the entire experience. I can’t complain at all!
