Classic example of what happens when companies consolidate the market and then offer terrible and expensive service once they do. Did I mention that they make more revenue from repairs and maintenance than installs? Elevator down for 2 months. Glaring design flaws and cheap parts that appear to be manufactured that way on purpose to increase service calls. Canada needs to use legislation to ban these guys from doing any more installs.

Aniko provided a seamless tour with impressive multimedia show, interactive myPORT simulations and an overhead-dome movie to visit the future of urban development. Hi, I have a Schindler fancy new lift in my building and it keeps breaking. Ever since they installed the new lift last year we've had issues with it every month. The old one never had any issues ( 30 years without a single failure)

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM - Once they had to "activate" the elevator, they changed, out of the blue, the price of their services and now they are forcing us to pay more. Pure coerce. If we do not sign, they have informed us they don't activate the elevator. Either we pay more or there is no elevator.

Worst service provider in the world. Our lift in our condo (Encosta das Oliveiras in Parede, Cascais) in Portugal is broken for days and Schindler does nothing. You should be ashamed of providing such a bad service.
