The meat is incredibly tender and flavorful; you can immediately taste the regional origin and the careful raising of the animals. The Emmental flatbreads are the star of every event: crispy flatbread, succulent meat from their own production, and exclusively regional ingredients—it doesn't get any better. The service was also top-notch: punctual delivery, perfectly organized process, and a super-friendly team that accommodated all our special requests. Our guests are still raving about the food, so I give Steiner Fleisch a clear recommendation and five stars!
