This review concerns contacting them. I tried to contact them about 2.5 weeks ago via the contact section on their website. I hadn't received any response until a few days ago, so I tried again, but still nothing – neither a call nor an email. It was a rather specific request, and even if they had given me a negative answer, that would have been fine, but not responding at all is unacceptable in my opinion. They could have said, "Yes, we'll look into it," or "No, unfortunately, that's not possible." But to leave a potential customer hanging without a response, to put it bluntly, well... I find it very disappointing from a company like this. I would have expected more, especially since they offer workwear, including clothing for the Zurich Cantonal Police and other professions. I doubt this company will contact me again. I've had a similar experience with another company that even advertises that various police forces are among their customers. Too bad. Thanks, but no thanks.
