We are very satisfied with the Helvetia Insurance General Agency in Sursee. We found Mr. Comiotte's advice to be very arrogant and unacceptable. Therefore, we opted for a different insurance company and cancelled our existing policy with Helvetia. Perhaps this will help them treat their existing customers more courteously.
I wouldn't recommend Helveltia to anyone. This insurer is great at getting you to sign up, but when it comes to giving you your money, it's a complete mess. You'd be better off establishing a third pillar with a bank. Mind you, I'm not talking about the branch in Sursee; they were very friendly, but the ones in Basel are irresponsible and waste people's time.
