The Sursee branch impresses with its friendly and competent service. The employees are always helpful, provide clear advice, and take the time to address individual concerns. The premises are modern and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is pleasant and trustworthy. I haven't had much dealings with the bank so far, but my impression so far has been consistently positive. I'm curious to see how the collaboration goes when it comes to a mortgage for a home—we'll see.
