Moved out on June 30th. The security deposit hasn't been refunded. Just empty promises, like the invoices for the painter, etc., aren't there yet. Then the work hasn't even been done. Rude replies to my emails. It's now mid-October.

Absolutely fantastic management. My contact person was Alexandra Wullschleger, who is extremely competent in her field and a truly pleasant, cheerful, and friendly person. From the very first telephone contact with her, I had a great feeling that I was in good hands with Redinvest. And that was exactly how it was. When something was broken, Alexandra responded promptly, and even when I wanted to move from the garage to an outside parking space, she always had a sympathetic ear and always ready to find a professional solution for the problem. And even now, when I've given notice on the apartment for personal reasons, she has listened to my request, if possible, happy to select the applicant/subtenant who could move into the apartment earlier and who would take over some of my furniture. I suggested to someone that if their application was suitable, I should hire them. And it worked out, absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much again for everything. It's definitely not a mistake to steer clear of this management company. They say things that could even lead to criminal prosecution. If you rent a property from Redinvest, be sure to take out legal expenses insurance beforehand. I dealt with Sonia Linggi, she was a complete disaster. Be careful, she's a two-faced woman. Make sure you have a lawyer handy, otherwise you'll end up paying twice for the tradesmen when you move out. So, stay away from this management company.
