Completely disappointed. I placed an order almost a month ago that clearly stated delivery within 3-5 business days. However, the order was never shipped. After four weeks, I contacted them and they told me they were sorry and would do everything they could to ship the order as quickly as possible. A few days later, I received an email stating that the order had been canceled. So I waited almost a month for an order that should have arrived much sooner, and in the end, it was simply canceled. Absolutely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Actually a good store in a great location, but unfortunately I was treated rudely because there was a lot of confusion and back and forth regarding an order. In the end, I cancelled everything. The saleswoman was unfriendly. After a while, I received another email saying it was ready for pickup at the store, despite the cancellation. It's all a bit strange. It's certainly an isolated incident, and these things can happen. But the rudeness in the store and on the phone was unacceptable to me. That's why I won't be shopping at these stores again. This is just my personal experience; others have surely had different experiences. The location and selection are good, hence the two stars.

Under no circumstances should you order laminated products from Ex Libris. These products are non-returnable, without exception. This is extremely unfriendly customer service. Any other bookstore would accept such books!
