The first time I called, I spoke to a nice lady on the phone, then I was transferred to support and got a disastrous customer service representative. She didn't introduce herself, asked me who I even was (company?) and kept asking why I wanted to know this (information about the electronic cylinder locking system). In the end, she couldn't give me any information about the locking system. She told me to check the website, which wasn't working (no pictures). I told her she couldn't, and the woman said, "Yes, you're right, I'm afraid I can't help you." What a shame…

The Glutz sales representative showed us their locking systems. We opted for a fingerprint scanner. We were supposed to order the fingerprint scanner the next day, but then we were informed that the system was no longer being sold. After that, the door system was installed with a keypad. After two months of use, the keypad suddenly stopped working. We had to contact a locksmith who gave us instructions over the phone on how to open the system in five minutes. We broke into our own house in a mere five minutes! The door system cost thousands of Swiss francs, and yet we broke in in five minutes. The system can't be that secure. Furthermore, we want to change the door code to six digits. Now we're supposed to pay over 400 Swiss francs for that ourselves. In addition, all the door handles in the house, including those on the interior doors, are from Glutz. Some of them have been loose for six months now, which is apparently "normal." Our parcel locker system with four compartments for 11 apartments was installed towards the end of 2018. We didn't receive the access code until six months later. But the system still wasn't working. Later, towards the end of 2019, it worked briefly. For almost three years now, it hasn't worked at all. Glutz is clearly unable to offer a solution. The property management company can't do anything either. Apparently, they're selling something that doesn't work in practice. Glutz also seems unwilling to find a solution. The new badge, instead of a code, doesn't work either. In the fall of 2024, there are still problems with the system! The technician was scheduled to come three times. Once, something important came up. The second time, 30 minutes before the appointment, the technician was suddenly sick. The Glutz company is a disaster. How can they do business like this? Stay away from this company!
