Customer service is terrible. The bus is supposed to wait for the train if the delay isn't too long. (The train was supposed to arrive at 7:35, but it was 7:38. The bus is scheduled to leave at 7:38.) I got off the train and saw the bus just drive off. So I called customer service and asked what was going on, whether the bus no longer has to wait. Besides hypocritical excuses and heartless apologies, I received nothing. Now I have to sit in the cold for over half an hour and I'm going to be late for my meeting. And customer service isn't doing anything. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
Disaster. These constant delays are unacceptable. The train was supposed to depart from Nidau Beunden at 4:23 PM, but it still hadn't arrived at 4:40 PM. This is very disappointing.
This company is even competing with Deutsche Bahn.
You can't say that communication is bad when there are outages or delays - it's nonexistent at all.
